We all get inspiration here and there.
A few of my inspiration comes from Ashley, a blogger living in San Francisco. Everything about her clothes scream vintage. The cream blazer makes the stripes on the top pop out and look perfect with bold red tights. She couldn't have worn it any better.

I’ve always been a bit of a sucker for nautical-inspired outfits. Something about a perfect Breton stripe shirt or a pretty sailor collar just exudes a timeless classic sophistication to me. But you don’t have to go all out with a navy uniform to rock a sailor style.  It's easy to create seaworthy outfits with unexpected color combination.

Just remember the basics:

The nautical trend is characterized by classic stripes, and sailor inspired accessories.
Key colors: navy blue, blue, black, white, and red. Sometimes yellow.

I love Gossip Girl. And I also love Blair Waldorf and her unique styles from the previous seasons. I j'adore this nautical-inspired outfit.

I have the exact handbag but in gold from Forever 21 from a year ago. The main reason I bought it? This chic, sassy handbag from F21 adds a touch of nautical flair to any outfit you wear it with. I love the metallic handles and the striped bow in front. Sooo chic.
