Usually when I lay eyes on a dress that I adore and isn't in my possessions or in my closet, I have this sudden spur of the moment urge to interrogate the person wearing it. Therefore... meet one of my victims, Priya. I chased her down right after school and now I just may have to pay a visit to H&M. Stat.
